RETURNS
Returns must be submitted within 10 days of the date your order is delivered.
Please contact RETURNS@MIANO.COM.AU for any returns.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
Please take care when trying on your garments. We are unable to accept returns on items that show signs of wear, including marks, stains, makeup, perfume, deodorant, or other odours.
We recommend reviewing our Terms & Conditions before submitting your return.
Full-priced items are eligible for either:
- A full refund to the original payment method, or
- 110% store credit to use on a future MIANO purchase.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Return requests must be submitted within 10 days of receiving your online order.
Returned items must be in their original, saleable condition. Any garments that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or returned without their original tags may not be accepted and, if rejected, will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
Original shipping costs and return postage are non-refundable. Store credits cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible. All fault claims are assessed before a return is approved. If the item is found not to have a manufacturing fault, the return may be declined.
Due to limited stock and high demand, we are currently unable to offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order once your return has been processed.
For international returns, we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. MIANO is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged while in transit.
MIANO reserves the right to amend this Returns Policy at any time. Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
